From time to time I get emails from readers of the site. Most are asking questions about various hydration related issues. Some in praise of what we are trying to do in bringing to prominence how performance can be effected by hydration / dehydration during your sport. However, from time to time someone has something to say that flys in the face of what we are doing. So. Here’s our brave step to make some of the contents public (obviously anonymously and avoiding reproducing the original).
